This course aims to outline a method for developing business plans and to introduce students to the fieldof entrepreneurship. It delves into the concept of entrepreneurship in order to form a comprehensive understanding of the subject and its application environment. It then focuses on formulating ideas into business texts based on good practices. Finally, it teaches how to present these ideas.
He goal is to empower students to independently describe, evaluate, and present ideas by following a step-by-step advisory process.
The educational material is divided into 5 chapters:
- 1st Unit is based on the Andragogy -based Approach for introducing concepts to learners, ensuring a smooth approach to the concepts and objectives of the unit. It gradually increases student participation to enhance experiential learning. Surprise tactics are often used to enhance the reader's attention and comprehension.
- The 2nd unit is initially based on Mezirow’s transformative learning method with the aim of exploiting, evaluating, and progressive reconstruction of readers’ knowledge regarding modern digital tools. Also, in the progressive development of the ability of readers to evaluate existing knowledge through a reflective process and to act based on the new knowledge that will emerge. Through the aspect of enthusiasm, it is expected to increase their degree of participation and enhance experiential learning.
- The 3rd unit is based on the socio-political dimension of Freire’s theory in order to facilitate learner engagement and intensify the learning process through critical consciousness.
- The 4th unit is initially based on the andragogical method and then on the “learning cycle” of Kolb and Fry for conveying concepts to readers. In this way, trainees are smoothly approached to the concepts and purposes of the unit. At the same time, their degree of participation increases and experiential learning is enhanced.
- The 5th unit is based on Javris’ learning cycle as the introduction as the introduction of learners to this unit is essentially a cultural process, introducing them to the entrepreneurial world. It also increases learner participation and enhances experiential learning..
- All of the above are based on and encourage the use of modern digital tools as well as online learning.
