Decision Support Systems with Artificial Intelligence Technologies

The course aims to provide theoretical understanding and practical experience across a broad spectrum of innovative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to support decision-making in various business sectors. It introduces cutting-edge AI concepts and tools such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), generative AI (GenAI), reinforcement learning, computer vision, AI-based optimization techniques, and data analytics, focusing on how these technologies can significantly enhance decision support systems. 

The course emphasizes the importance of ethics and trustworthiness in addressing challenges to effective business decision-making, such as bias, transparency, and accountability in AI use. Throughout the course, students will gain hands-on experience with AI tools through decision-making scenarios in industries like energy, transportation, security, and healthcare. 

By the end of the course, students will acquire:
