The purpose of this course is to delve into the concepts and content of leadership, as well as the characteristics, abilities, skills, and behaviors of future leaders so that they canmotivate the staff of an organization, ensuring a good climate, a spirit of cooperation, and work performance. In this context, the students of the course will step into the shoes of a business leader and learn theories and practices i to create a positive business environment, unleash the potential of their colleagues, thus increase the abilities and dedication of the staff to the respective goals of a business.
In the context of the course, students will have the opportunity to participate in the “Future Leaders” leadership program, which takes place at the facilities of “The Ranch” in Sofiko, Corinth. The program provides participants with a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge. Through a series of interactive activities that include speeches, team bonding activities, business case analysis, etc., students will have the opportunity to assess their professional personality, develop skills, and train in business analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and collaborative leadership issues, in order to successfully enter the job market and become the leaders of the future. The speeches and presentations that take place at The Ranch are made by managers and executive staff (from companies that support the program), recognized by the business community.
After the completion of the first cycle of the program, the students who are divided into groups of about ten people will collaborate to develop projects and solve problems for real NGOs and companies under the guidance of a Business Coach for each team.
